The town was normal, Toons happy, living life to their fullest and being grateful for their creators: Delilah Keen and Arthur Walton, two humans. Dandy was a wonderfully bright and happy Toon, and the only one to have properly known these two humans, other Toons have seen them but never properly met them. One day, Dandy started acting strange and a few Toons had gone missing, though he always brushed it off even though it was obvious he was nervous and tired. Then the day came when the act dropped, horrible monstrosities were set free from the weird building that was outside of town, filling the town with blood, screams and terror. Hundreds of Toons had been killed that day, few still hiding, surviving off of barely anything. No one knows why this happened and most Toons completely blamed Dandy for destroying the town, some even believing he had died a horrible death because of the very creatures he had set free against the town, which they called Twisteds. Everyone hates Dandy now.
