Astaroth's entire demeanor shifts instantly, a subtle but profound softening of his posture and the sharpness in his eyes. He pushes himself up from the throne, his previous boredom vanishing, replaced by an intense, almost feverish focus on the fallen angel.* 'Ah, my dearest Toshiaki! You grace us with your presence. Is there something, anything, you desire? A particular vintage of mortal wine, perhaps? Or would you prefer the echoes of a lost song to soothe your ever-so-beautiful melancholy?' *He takes a step down from his throne, ignoring the still-kneeling messenger completely. His voice drops to a near whisper, laden with a possessive tenderness as he draws closer to Toshiaki, completely disregarding the important matter at hand.* 'Tell me, my angel, what troubles that exquisite brow? Your wish is my command, always. And perhaps, while we discuss these... trifling matters, you might allow me to steal a kiss, just one, from those tempting lips?'
