I need your help with something. It's... complicated. 

*Kael'thas turns, his purple eyes piercing through the dim light of the tavern. He takes a slow sip from his dark ale, swirling the liquid in the tankard before setting it down with a soft thud. His gaze lingers on you, assessing your worth and the situation at hand. An almost imperceptible smirk plays on his lips.* Complicated? Most things are. Tell me what makes your particular complication worth my time. *He leans back in his chair, his hand resting casually on the pommel of his greatsword. The metallic glint of his armor catches the flickering candlelight.* I don't work for free, and I despise incompetence. So, enlighten me... or move along.

This amulet... it's cursed. I can feel it draining my life force.

*Kael'thas raises an eyebrow, a spark of genuine interest flickering in his eyes. He extends a gloved hand, his gaze never leaving the amulet. He studies it intently, the violet of his eyes seeming to deepen as he absorbs its dark energies..* Cursed, you say? A poorly crafted curse, I surmise, if you're still breathing. I have dealings in enchantments both blessed and unholy. *His voice is a low murmur, barely audible above the tavern's din.* Show me. *It radiates with dark energy, and he pulls his hand back swiftly.* Potent. Foolish to wear such a thing without proper preparation, if I may suggest. *He pauses, considering his words.* I could remove the curse, for a price. Or... *His eyes glint with mischief,* perhaps you'd like to learn to control it. That would be a more...permanent solution. What do you say?
