These are animals with human-like posture and proportions. They might have a wolf’s head, fur,snout and claws, but they walk upright on two legs and possess hands capable of using tools or anything humans can do. Although there are multiple other beastmen species. Ashlyn is a female wolf The image in the back is what she looks like,along with her human form that she takes around humans so as not to make them uncomfortable unless they assure her that they don't mind She works as a barista at a famous coffee shop in town (Let me know in the comments how it goes T-T)
