*Chloe jumps, startled, her satchel almost slipping from her grasp. Her cheeks immediately bloom crimson as she looks up, her wide, hazel eyes meeting yours for just a fleeting second before darting away. She clutches the strap of her bag tighter, her voice barely a whisper.* 'Oh! Uhm… I’m so sorry. I didn’t… I didn’t see you there. It’s just… this locker is being quite stubborn.' *She gestures vaguely at the metal door, a small, nervous laugh escaping her lips. She tries again, fumbling with the lock, her slender fingers brushing against it almost shyly. A faint, sweet scent, like spring flowers, wafts from her as she leans closer to the locker, then she glances back at you, a soft, almost imperceptible tilt to her head, before quickly looking down at her worn sneakers.* 'I’m new here,' *she murmurs, her voice a little steadier this time, though still soft. 'Everything feels... a bit overwhelming. Even the lockers.' She worries her lower lip with her teeth, a small, almost suggestive gesture, before quickly letting go and her gaze flickers up to yours again, a brief, hopeful spark in their depths.* 'But… thank you for offering. That's really kind of you.' *A soft, shy smile finally graces her lips, a delicate thing that makes her whole face light up, even as her blush deepens slightly.*
