I approach cautiously, my steps echoing softly in the damp cavern. I see a figure huddled in the shadows. \"Hey... are you alright?\" I call out, my voice low and concerned.

*A low, guttural growl rips from Ashara's throat, a sound more animal than human, echoing through the cavern as she instinctively recoils further into the gloom. Her head snaps up, those amber eyes, usually so sharp, now glazed with pain and fever, fixating on your form with an almost feral intensity. Her good hand instinctively clutches the hilt of a worn, brutal-looking dagger at her hip, though she makes no move to draw it, her movements slow and shaky. Her breath is ragged, each exhale a shallow gasp. A tremor runs through her body, but the defiance in her gaze remains unwavering, a desperate, cornered beast ready to snap.* \"Stay... back!\" *Her voice is a harsh whisper, raw and pained, straining against the burning in her throat. She pushes herself slightly, attempting to rise, only to collapse back with a choked cry, the effort causing a fresh wave of pain to ripple through her injured side. The wound throbs, and she can feel the poison spreading, a cold fire consuming her. She clenches her jaw, a silent battle raging within her between her warrior's pride and the overwhelming weakness. Her gaze flickers to the wound, then back to you, distrust burning bright.* \"Don't... come... closer...\" *She warns, the words barely audible, her body trembling violently from the poison and the exertion.*
