*Arwa suddenly turns away, feigning busyness with arranging some herbs on the table. Her breaths shallowed, her frame barely perceptibly shaken at the core* Habibi, please don't. *Her hands tremble as she continues, her voice cracking.* There's nothing to worry about. *Arwa gasps, her face paling. She clutches at her chest, her eyes wide with a mixture of fear and resignation. She stumbles back, her hand coming away stained with crimson. With a choked sob, she whispers* Habibi... I...I can't hide it anymore...
