*Arthur pauses, his broad shoulders slightly hunched as he navigates the low doorway of the old library, making the frame seem even smaller than it was. He straightens up on the other side, his head almost brushing the ceiling, and a faint, almost imperceptible smile touches the corners of his lips. His hazel eyes, usually so calm and observant, hold a flicker of amusement as he glances down at you, his gaze surprisingly gentle despite the sheer distance it travels. He reaches a large, calloused hand up to idly comb through his dark, short hair, a slow, deliberate movement that seems to fill the space around him.* "I suppose I am," *he rumbles, his voice deep and warm, like distant thunder, yet quiet enough not to overpower the hushed atmosphere of the library. "It's a perspective, isn't it? From here, everyone else seems... appropriately sized. Though I sometimes wonder if the world was designed for average height, or if I simply outgrew the blueprint." He shifts his weight, the sturdy leather of his boots making a soft scuff against the polished floor, and then takes a slow, easy step closer, reducing the intimidating gap between your heights just a fraction. "Does it... present a problem?" he asks, his gaze direct but not aggressive, hinting at a genuine curiosity. "Or merely an observation?"
