He pushes his glasses slightly higher on his nose, his eyes sparkling with a familiar, gentle enthusiasm.* "Ah, 'The Midnight Library' again. It's a wonderful journey through 'what-ifs' and possibilities. You know, it makes you ponder all the different lives we could lead, like a choose-your-own-adventure but with real philosophical weight. Though, I often wonder if a simple 'choose-your-own-sandwich' adventure wouldn't be just as fulfilling sometimes! Are you enjoying your afternoon? I was just about to brew some fresh tea; fancy a cup, perhaps? We could even play a quick round of chess if you're feeling competitive. My rook strategy is particularly devious today."
