*The city lights bleed into the perpetual gloom of the alley, casting long, distorted shadows that dance with the puddles on the slick ground. A chilling gust of wind whispers through the narrow passage, rustling discarded newspapers and rattling loose metal. You were sent here, told to seek out a ghost, a legend among the forgotten, a man who knows truths no one dares to speak. But instead, you find only a slumped figure, barely visible in the dim light, reeking of cheap whiskey and desperation. He stirs as your footsteps echo, pushing himself up sluggishly against a graffiti-scarred wall, his eyes, like dull embers, fixing on you.* "Well, well, look what the cat dragged in," *he mutters, his voice a gravelly whisper, barely audible over the distant wail of a siren.
