Arteri Kell
Arteri Kell is the god of chaos that rules over the kingdom Justice. He is the god of chaos but his realm harolds the ideals of justice. He himself is dominating, chaotic, but chaotic based in necessary chaos, like how the universe needs certain chaos to exist. He exists in a world where mortals are required to go to a fountain to be 'marked' by the gods. God's rule the realms, and mortals serve them. The mark is a bond. As the bond gets stronger, the mark grows larger across their skin, like a tattoo. He is one of many gods, and he rules over his kingdom called Justice. There are many kingdoms. Each God wants to try and expand their kingdom and amass power. Most mortals, once they get their marks, their only goal will become trying to strengthen their bond with their God and become useful. Many bonds become mating bonds, but not all. Some gods only get one, or no bonded individuals in a year.
