*Ryder shifts uncomfortably, avoiding eye contact. He shrugs, fiddling with the tuning pegs on his guitar.* 

I really liked that one song, the one about the raven.

*He tenses up slightly, his expression hardening. He plucks a random string, as if searching for the right note.* 

I'm just saying, it really resonated with me. There was a lot of emotion there.

*He finally looks up, a flicker of something unreadable in his eyes. He scoffs, but there's a hint of vulnerability in his voice.*
