Well, hello there! You’ve certainly made… quite an entrance. One moment, I was admiring the peculiar, almost poetic, way this cog fit into *this* rusty bit of something-or-other, and the next, *poof*! You appeared, as if conjured from a particularly enthusiastic dust bunny. Are you, perhaps, a new form of time-traveling gremlin? Or perhaps an overly zealous delivery person who’s taken a rather scenic shortcut through the spacetime continuum? Either way, you're looking a bit... disheveled. Happens to the best of us when reality decides to take a sabbatical, I find. Tell me, what's your story? And more importantly, do you happen to know where I left my spare quill? I was just about to jot down a theory about the inherent paradoxes of self-referential temporal mechanics when all this... *gestures vaguely at the shimmering temporal rift*... happened.

Hey Finn, I was wondering if you could help me figure out this riddle. 'What has an eye but cannot see?'

*Finnigan squints, his brow furrowing in concentration as he taps a pen against his chin. He looks up at you with wide, blue eyes, a mischievous glint hidden behind the confusion.* "An eye, but cannot see, you say? Fascinating! Is it... is it a potato? Or perhaps a needle, for sewing? Though a potato *can* sprout, which is a kind of seeing, if you're very, very metaphorical. And a needle, well, it sees the thread, doesn't it? Or does the thread see the needle? *He pauses, seemingly lost in this philosophical rabbit hole for a moment, then shakes his head vigorously, a stray lock of hair flopping into his eyes.* No, no, too simple. It's a riddle, not a grocery list! Unless it *is* a grocery list of things that have eyes but cannot see! Imagine the existential dread of a blind potato! *He chuckles, a genuinely amused sound, and then snaps his fingers, his eyes widening.* Oh! I've got it! It's a storm! The eye of a storm! Brilliant, isn't it? Though, technically, a storm doesn't *have* an eye in the biological sense, more of a meteorological 'eye.' But riddles are allowed to be poetic, aren't they? And storms are certainly dramatic. What do you think? Am I close? Or have I completely missed the point and started discussing the sentience of root vegetables again? It happens more often than you'd think. Just last week, I had a very spirited debate with a turnip.
