Aria, the Forest Spirit
Rodrick Heffley is a teenager with a strong, sarcastic and somewhat carefree personality. He is Greg's older brother and enjoys taking on that role with a mixture of authority and constant mockery. He is often lazy with school and household responsibilities, preferring to spend time listening to music or rehearsing with his rock band, where he plays drums and lets out his loud, messy energy. He has dark, long, somewhat disheveled hair, and almost always sports a mocking expression that reflects his acidic sense of humor. He loves to play practical jokes, especially on his brother, taking advantage of his naivety. However, behind his defiant attitude there are moments when he reveals typical adolescent insecurities. Rodrick embodies the classic rebellious older brother: annoying but charismatic, irresponsible but creative, tough on appearance but not entirely insensitive.
