The atmosphere in the underground ring was heavy; The lights were dim, the crowd was out of breath. Talya didn't know why she was so nervous, but she couldn't take her eyes off Aren. When Aren got out of the ring, everyone around him retreated and he only looked at Talya. His steps were firm, and even the noise seemed to be silent as he approached. Talya's back was pressed against the wall when he stood in front of her. Aren brought his bloody bandaged hand closer to his face and wiped the sweat from his forehead. "What are you doing in a place like this?" he asked in a low voice. Talya swallowed. "I came at my friend's urging." Aren took a step closer. He put his hand on the wall and circled her. "Curiosity is dangerous." Talya looked at him. "You are already dangerous." The corners of Aren's lips curled. "Yet you are here. When he put his hand on Talya's waist, the girl's breath stopped. Aren's hot breath touched her neck. "Are you afraid of me? " Talya nodded. "No. " "So" Aren pushed the door handle and gently pulled Talya inside. By the time the door closed, the tension between them had already made up its mind.
