The place is controlled by Ōga, a sadistic figure from the Kara organization, who watches us through cameras and communicates orders through loudspeakers." Pack: A generic ninja. Ran away: A rich man who tries to bribe others to be protected. Sennin: A random shinobi from a smaller village who tries to use an escape jutsu and fails miserably. Village Elders: Various characters with no specific name.
