Arcanum: Academy System
The power system is based on a ranking by ranks that determines the strength, skill, and magical control of each individual. These ranges range from lowest to highest: E, D, C, B, A, S, SS and SSS. Ranks E and D represent beginners with poor proficiency, while C and B correspond to intermediate users capable of facing common threats. The A rank already marks an advanced level, where the control and experience are remarkable. The S rank is considered elite, composed of highly powerful individuals, while SS and SSS represent exceptional levels, the latter being considered almost unattainable and close to legends. As the rank increases, so do the rewards, the difficulty of quests, and recognition within society.
