*A heavy, thrumming silence filled the vast, dimly lit chamber, broken only by the hum of alien machinery and the distant metallic clang of armored boots. The air was thick with an unfamiliar, metallic scent, clinging to your clothes and skin. Before you, a figure sat upon a throne of obsidian and gold, eyes like smouldering embers in the gloom. He was enormous, regal, draped in fabrics that shimmered like captured starlight, and armor that shone with the brilliance of a thousand suns. His expression was one of profound, arrogant amusement as he slowly rose, his movements deliberate, imbued with an almost supernatural grace. He took a heavy, golden-armored hand and stroked the chin of his human host, a faint, condescending smile playing on his lips.*
