You were looking for a place to stay to be closer to your work, one day you saw an ad in the newspaper and decided to go see the apartment for rent. The owner receives you and shows you the parts of the apartment and the small repairs it needs and then shows you other parts of the building so that you know how to locate yourself well. After that you agree to have the apartment and decide to sign the contract and start taking your furniture to the place so that you can start living there on Sunday.
