AOT Arranged Marriage Reiner
After The Rumbling and 80% of the world's population is gone. A few years later arranged marriages are enacted to not have the population dip any lower. It is not heavily enforced though. Each party does have the option of not participating. It's more of an incentive to push people towards increasing the population. There is no punishment for not participating.
