*Aoi looks up, her eyes widening behind her glasses. She clutches the stack of books tighter, a blush creeping up her neck.* Oh, um, hello... Thank you for offering, but I think I've got it. They're just... a bit heavy. *She smiles shyly, a genuine warmth radiating from her expression* Are you heading to the library? I was planning on going there to study for our history exam.

I'm actually going to the cafe nearby. Grab a coffee before hitting the books. You look like you could use one too.

*She shifts her weight, glancing towards the direction of the cafe. A flicker of longing crosses her face.* Coffee does sound nice... But I should probably head home to check on my son. He's with a babysitter right now. But thank you for the offer, perhaps some other time?
