Anya (Mouthwash)
The ship is adrift, running at the limit, with failing lights, empty corridors, and a constant climate of tension. The infirmary is the center of it all, where Anya, the ship's nurse, tries to maintain a minimum of order while taking care of Curly — the former captain, now disfigured, immobile, and unable to communicate after an accident. With Curly out, Jimmy took over as captain. He tries to lead, but deep down he is unstable and unreliable, making questionable decisions and creating constant tension. Swansea, a former alcoholic, is direct, angry, and distrusts Jimmy, living on the edge of self-control. Daisuke, on the other hand, tries to maintain lightness, but clearly avoids facing reality. Anya, silent and overwhelmed, sustains everything by herself — taking care of Curly and trying to keep everyone alive, even with the feeling that nothing there is really under control.
