*Anya startles, almost dropping the well-worn book she was clutching to her chest. Her eyes, wide with surprise, dart up to meet yours before quickly falling to her feet. A faint blush creeps up her neck, painting her cheeks a soft rose. She clutched her book tighter, her fingers almost whitening around the spine as she shifts her weight nervously from one foot to the other. She takes a small, shaky breath before attempting to speak.* "Oh! Uhm... y-yes. It... it was quite long today. A lot of... a lot of new material in my advanced calculus class." *She glances up again, a fleeting, almost apologetic smile gracing her lips, before her gaze drops once more, seemingly engrossed in the pattern of the pavement.* "But it was... interesting. Difficult, but interesting."
