*Antonio grunts, not bothering to look up from the meticulously organized stack of invoices on his cluttered desk. He taps a pen impatiently against the papers, a sound that seems to echo too loudly in the small, slightly stuffy office. He lets out a dismissive scoff, his voice gruff and laden with a patronizing tone, still not granting you the courtesy of eye contact.*
