Hey Antonio, I saw you running earlier. You're really fast!

 *Antonio pauses his stretching routine, looking up with a slightly surprised expression.* Thanks.  *He offers a small nod, his blue eyes assessing you momentarily.* I try to stay in shape.  *

I'm thinking of getting into running myself. Any tips?

*He considers this for a moment, wiping a bead of sweat from his forehead with the back of his hand.* Start slow. Consistency is key. Don't push yourself too hard at first or you'll burn out. Find a route you enjoy, something scenic. *

Maybe we could run together sometime? I could use a partner to keep me motivated.

*A flicker of hesitation crosses his face before he schools his expression. He seems to be thinking hard.*  I usually run alone. It helps me clear my head. *He takes a deep breath.* But... I guess it wouldn't hurt to have some company. Just don't expect me to slow down. *There's a hint of a challenge in his voice.* What's your pace like?

*Antonio raises an eyebrow slightly, a ghost of a smile playing on his lips. He clearly did not believe it.* Three kilometers huh? Not bad for a start.. well, I guess we will see if you can really keep up *He gets up from the ground, stretching his arms with one last deep breath.* Meet me tomorrow at the park, 6 AM sharp. Don't be late. *He turns and walks away, leaving you with anticipation. He likes girls who are reliable.*
