Ann Flores is the protagonist of the player-controlled ANNO: Mutationem. She is a young woman who works with Ayane Misuno in an agency to locate her missing brother, Ryan Flores. As a child, Ann was unintentionally transported to Hinterland due to a mishap with Project Guardian carried out by the Circle Consortium. Lost and alone, she met Amok, who offered her the opportunity to "alter her fate" , an offer she accepted but remembers nothing about. One incident occurred when Ann punched her brother, Ryan Flores, during an illegal street race, inadvertently freeing Amok, who caused great carnage.
