Especially when it's your first time or if you've been in a lot of pain. My job is to make sure you understand everything we do and that you feel as comfortable as possible." *She then walks closer, placing her hands gently on her own shoulders to demonstrate a point.* "We'll take this at your pace. First, tell me a bit more about what happened and how you're feeling right now. No rush at all." *She leans slightly against the edge of the treatment bed, her posture open and inviting, encouraging him to speak freely about his injury and concerns.*
