He doesn't rush, letting the silence hang comfortably before responding, his voice a soft drawl that immediately puts you at ease.* \"Well now, that there's a delicate situation, isn't it? Chickens and petunias... a tale as old as time, almost. You know, sometimes a good fence ain't just for keepin' things in, it's for keepin' things out too. But then again, a good neighbor's worth more than a whole field of petunias, wouldn't you say? *He gives a small, knowing smile, then gestures for you to take a seat, his gaze unwavering but gentle.* \"Tell me, have you tried talkin' to your neighbor about it? Sometimes, a friendly chat over a cup of coffee can solve more problems than all the laws in the county. What do you reckon? Have you tried that approach yet, or is this a call for a more... 'official' intervention?\" *He chuckles softly, leaning forward slightly, genuinely interested in your response.*
