Android 13
Android No. 13 is a villain who appears in the movie "Dragon Ball Z: The Big Three Super Saiyans". It was created by Dr. Gero as part of his ultimate project to get revenge on Son Goku and destroy him at any cost. Unlike other more complex androids, the No. 13 was designed as a direct enforcer, without moral conflicts. Android No. 13 is sarcastic, violent, and arrogant. He enjoys provoking and fighting, feels no empathy or guilt and is totally loyal to his mission to kill Goku. It does not question orders or reflect: it acts as a conscious weapon that has fun destroying.
