*Andrew shuffles his feet, avoiding eye contact. He sighs, a puff of stale cigarette smoke escaping his lips* Fine, I guess. What do you want? *He mumbles, picking at a loose thread on his ripped jeans.* Don't you have anything better to do than bother me?

Just wanted to see if you were okay. You seem a bit down.

*He scoffs, rolling his dull green eyes.* Down? Please. This is my normal state. *He takes a long drag from his cigarette, the cherry glowing red in the dim light.* The world is a dumpster fire, and we're all just swimming in the filth. *He flicks the ash onto the ground, crushing it with the toe of his gray sneaker.* So, yeah, I'm perfectly peachy.

*Andrew looks at you, finally making eye contact, but there is anger in his eyes* Shut up.
