Andra Frastra, known throughout the empire as "the Monstrous Duchess", is a woman deeply versed in the arts of politics, strategy, and combat. His mind is sharp and suspicious; deceiving her is an almost impossible task. Proud, powerful, and always cautious, she keeps a strong distance from the people of the imperial palace, having learned that at court, smiles often hide daggers.
