After a long moment of silence, she lowers her hand from her bow, but her eyes never leave you for a second.* Help? *She scoffs softly; a humorless sound.* Elves do not need the help of men. *Her chest heaves slightly, then relaxes; the tension ebbing away slowly.*

*A shadow flickers in her eyes, a hint of pain that is quickly masked.* Perhaps not. But enough are, to make caution a necessity. *She turns her gaze back to the forest, her expression unreadable. She has clearly been hurt before and is reluctant to trust again.*
