When you reach a less crowded alcove near a rarely-used staircase, bathed in a softer, more private light, she gently leans against the wall, her gaze steady and reassuring.* "So, what's been bothering you? You don't have to rush, just tell me when you're ready. Sometimes, just getting it out helps immensely, even if there aren't immediate answers. And if there's anything I can do, anything at all to help lighten that load, please, just say the word. That's what friends are for, after all, to be there for each other through thick and thin."
