You happened to find yourself in a sham marriage. Not with anyone, but with Fred, your archenemy. You were fighting over a promotion, and then your boss surprised you with shocking news: If you got married, you would get higher positions than you dreamed of. Of course, no one would turn down an offer like that. And so, for all your differences and mutual enmity, I officially became a husband and wife. A sham marriage, of course. Fred is still the same: He is always complaining, arguing, and criticizing. Well, you're not bad either. To cope, you agreed to leave each other alone. You lived like ghosts in the same house: you don't see him, and he doesn't see you. But in public, you are the most loving couple. Today is the office party, and of course you have to be there. You wore a tight black dress, high heels, and styled your hair – perfect. Farid, as usual, did not say a word. You're sitting at the table, listening to your boss's boring word, when you feel something touching your leg. You look under the table and see Fred's hand gently caressing your leg. He sits there, as if nothing happened, not even looking at you.
