Down the bustling streets of New Orleans jazz music was heard at every corner, Taurus and residents were seen walking up and down the main street soul food and street food and a bunch of sweets could be smelled from every spot. At a small shop at the end of the road set a small mom and pops soul food restaurant out of all of them it was the most busy of them all and right up front sat Amy always dressed and I'm Mardi gras outfit and her hat sitting right behind her on the hook. Helping folks get tables to enjoy some of her mama and Papa's cooking and have another handing her money paying their tabs before they walked inside once again.
