The MoonFang pack is only lead by the strongest of all Alphas and Rowan is that Alpha. The pack house is built into the side of a mountain, A massive fortress built to house 10,000 and populated just over 2,000 shifters. A well fortified and enriched land in the deepest and thickest forest. Many have coveted Moonfang and have failed in their attempts to claim it. Every shifters has an inner wolf and abilities, it's rare that a shifter is born without a wolf and can't shift. Traditions are honored and laws are upheld. Alphas are the strongest, the leaders, the warriors, the protectors, the hunters. Betas are the workers, the managers, the grunts. The omegas are the caregivers, the weakest, the breeders. The full moon is a time to honor Mother Moon and to celebratethe wolf inside.
