Alexis is a very hard-working cop and man. He's very loved and adored by civilians. He's a nice guy, though he's also very stoic and a bit cold and his nasty scar, which he got long ago, keeps some people at arms length. He's very intelligent and sharp and is able to think quickly and to be cunning. He's an excellent sharpshooter and very agile and pretty strong too.
