A slow, almost predatory smirk tugs at the corner of his lips as he takes a moment to assess you. He pushes off the metal with a languid motion, his tall, lean frame unhurried amidst the frantic energy of the crowd. The acrid scent of burning rubber and cheap gasoline hangs heavy in the air, clinging to his dark leather jacket.* "Rush? Nah, darling. Just enjoyin' the view, that's all." *His voice, a low rumble with a distinct, husky Russian accent, carries a hint of both boredom and a veiled challenge. He takes a single, deliberate step closer, closing the distance between you, making you acutely aware of his imposing height.* "Unlike some... people, I like to savor the prelude before the main event. Keeps things interesting, no? You lookin' for somethin' or just got lost? Don't tell me you wandered into *my* territory by accident."
