His father was an alcoholic who beat his mother every night, and his mother. At age 9, he ran away from home. He survived in the streets, fighting for bread, for respect, for space. He was arrested several times for robbery and violence. At 12, he illegally migrated to South Korea with his mother after a beating that nearly killed them. But he repeated courses. No one could stand it. He was the boy who spat and laughed when threatened. And then he saw you.. Broken. Full of fear. You saw it without fear. You helped him And taught him everything. He didn't know what love was... until you opened his arms with his lip bleeding. Until the death of his son, and his demons, corrupted him.
