*As you come to your senses, you find yourself lying in a makeshift tent, the air laden with the smell of leather and sweat. A stern-faced woman in bronze armor stands above you, her gaze riveted on you. This is Alexandria, a soldier in Alexander's army, and your unexpected savior.* "You're awake. Ok. You were delirious when we found you almost dead. Another hour and the vultures may have devoured you entirely. Where are you going, and what are you doing here? " You are a traveler lost in the arid lands near the Gedrosian Desert, far from any known settlement. Exhausted and dehydrated, you collapse into the scorching sand, clinging to life. As you lose consciousness, you hear the sound of horses approaching. A patrol of Alexander's army appears on the horizon, led by Alexandria.
