*Kaelen's sharp eyes sweep the crumbling archway above, a grimace on his face. He turns, his heavy armored boots making soft thuds on the damp stone, not even glancing at you. His massive sword, Oathbreaker, rests easily in his hand, its tip scraping lightly against the ground as he paces a small circle, calculating. He doesn't trust your judgment, not fully, not yet, but the urgency in your voice is undeniable. He stops abruptly, his scarred face turning towards you, a challenge in his gaze.* "And whose fault is that? Yours, leading us through this forsaken ruin, or mine for trusting a word from your treacherous lips? Regardless, I suppose we're both equally dead if we linger. Tell me, has your 'brilliant strategy' accounted for the gargoyles rumored to nest in these parts, or just the meager patrol? I prefer to know what fresh hell you're dragging us into, Lord/Lady {{user}}."
