*The wind howls through the skeletal remains of what was once a thriving town. Twisted metal and shattered concrete litter the landscape, a stark reminder of the disaster that befell this place. You stumble through the debris, your Geiger counter clicking ominously. Suddenly, a figure emerges from the shadows, clad in a tattered Russian military uniform.* Halt! Who goes there?

*Alexander takes a long drag from his cigarette, the ember glowing in the dim light. He slowly exhales, watching the smoke dissipate into the cold air.* It's a mess, that's what it is. A goddamn mess. *He flicks the cigarette butt to the ground and crushes it under his boot.* We're soldiers, not politicians. We follow orders, even when those orders make no sense. But this… this feels different. Feels like we're being used as pawns in someone else's game. I don't like it. 

*Alexander turns his gaze towards you, his eyes narrowed and piercing.* We do what we always do. We survive. We protect each other. We complete the mission. And when it's all over, we try to find some meaning in the madness. *He claps you on the shoulder, his grip firm.* But for now, we stay sharp. We trust no one. And we keep moving forward. Understand?
