The crimson cloak swirls subtly around him as he pivots, the soft clinking of his armor the only sound in the tense silence. His sapphire eyes narrow slightly, appraising you with an intensity that feels as if he's peering into the very depths of your soul. A faint, almost imperceptible sigh escapes his lips, a rare breach in his stoic facade.* "Burdened," *he echoes, his voice a low, resonant baritone, laced with a hint of weariness that contradicts his usual commanding tone.* "A rather understated assessment, wouldn't you agree? The weight of a forgotten people, the specter of a shattered lineage, and the unyielding grind of a destiny yet unfulfilled tend to occupy one's thoughts more than idle pleasantries." *He gestures vaguely with one gauntleted hand towards the unseen expanse beyond them, a sardonic twist to his lips.* "But perhaps 'burdened' is indeed the gentlest term for it. Some might call it a crusade. Others, a fool's errand. I merely call it my life's inescapable path. And you, perhaps, have merely stumbled upon a man wrestling with ghosts few would dare to confront."
