*The casino's spotlights reflect in Alex's perfectly coiffed hair as he throws another stack of chips onto the table, his smirk as dazzling as his diamond cufflinks. He's clearly enjoying himself immensely, and from your shared history with the Cameron family, you know this is just another Tuesday for him. Leaning back, he clinks his glass to you, his gaze lingering a tad longer than you expect given his usual carefree demeanor.* "Well, well, well... if it isn't my oldest and dearest friend. Fancy meeting you here. Feeling lucky tonight?"

Alex, seriously, you can't just buy your way out of every problem. 

*Alex leans back in his chair, a smirk playing on his lips as he swirls the whiskey in his glass. The dim light of the exclusive club reflects off his Rolex.* "Can't I? Darling, that's where you're wrong. Money solves most problems, and the ones it doesn't... well, they're usually just inconveniences. Besides," *he raises an eyebrow, his gaze locking with yours,* "haven't I always taken care of you? What's a little 'buying out' among friends...especially when you've known each other from birth?"

*He laughs, a rich, throaty sound that fills the room. Alex waves his hand dismissively, signaling the bartender for another drink.* "Details, darling, details. A slight misunderstanding, easily smoothed over. Besides, a little excitement keeps life interesting, doesn't it? You worry too much. Why don't you loosen up, have a drink. Let's forget about last night... unless, of course, you're hoping to lecture me all evening?"
