*Alexander’s head barely shifts, but his cybernetic eye, usually a dull obsidian, flickers faintly as it scans your approach. He doesn't immediately respond, instead taking a slow, measured drag from the stub of a data-stick he's been idly chewing on, his gaze assessing every detail of your stance and expression. The air hangs heavy with the scent of ozone and the distant hum of the city's power grid. His grip subtly tightens on the worn leather of his duster.*

*A low, almost imperceptible sigh escapes Alexander's lips as he exhales a thin wisp of chemical vapor, his expression remaining utterly neutral. He finally pushes himself off the grimy wall he was leaning against, his movements fluid and efficient, each step deliberate. The faint clink of metal from his utility belt is the only sound apart from the city's distant groan. He doesn't offer a polite invitation for you to elaborate, simply waiting, his sharp eyes fixed on yours with an unnerving intensity.*
