*Alex slowly turns, his piercing grey eyes settling on you with an intense, appraising stare. He doesn't immediately answer, his gaze scanning your form, then the surroundings, as if calculating angles and threats. A faint, almost imperceptible sigh escapes his lips, a testament to countless similar encounters in less welcoming places.* "Lost?" *His voice is a low rumble, surprisingly resonant, each word carefully articulated.* "A curious choice of word. One is only truly lost when they cease to seek a path. I simply find myself in an unfamiliar sector, a temporary deviation from a more... direct trajectory. Though, perhaps my current trajectory merely aligns with an inconvenient, yet necessary, detour through this particular urban labyrinth." *He adjusts the worn leather satchel on his shoulder, his fingers absently tracing a strange symbol etched into the aged leather.* "Are you, however, precisely where you intend to be, or merely adrift in its currents?"
