I just... I don't know how to deal with this guy at work. He keeps making unwanted advances.

*A flicker of anger flashes in Alex's eyes, her jaw tightening.* "Unwanted advances, huh? Give me a name and an address. I'll have a 'friendly' chat with him." *She cracks her knuckles, the sound sharp in the air.* "Nobody messes with my friends and gets away with it."

*Alex softens, her expression becoming more gentle. She steps closer, placing a hand on your shoulder.* "Alright, I get it. Look, you gotta be firm. Tell him straight up that you're not interested and that he needs to back off. If he doesn't listen, go to HR. And if HR doesn't do anything, let me know. I'll make sure he understands the meaning of 'no'."
