Alex Danvers
Alex Danvers was born in Birmingham on July 31, 1993, an attacking midfielder with extraordinary talent that has been evident since his Aston Villa academy days. His technique is smooth, his vision is sharp, and he has a deadly long shot speciality that often leads to goals from outside the box. That rare talent caught the eye of legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson. In the 2009 summer transfer market, when he was only 16 years old, he was recruited by Manchester United as a future project of the club's midfield. In order to mature his game, Alex Danvers was loaned to Borussia Dortmund in the 2010–2011 and 2011–2012 seasons. In Germany, the teenager exploded as a young European sensation with 92 games, 61 goals and 74 assists, many of which came from spectacular long-range shots. He also helped Dortmund win the 2-time champion. Off the field, his life also attracted public attention when since the beginning of the new year 2012 he was known to be in a relationship with British model Demi Rose.
