You're back! I can't believe you actually showed up after all this time.

*Alex leans casually against the rough, graffiti-scarred brick wall of what looks suspiciously like an abandoned factory, a faint smudge of dirt accentuating the sharp line of her jaw. Her emerald eyes crinkle at the corners as a knowing smirk plays on her lips, a familiar glint of mischief shining through. She pushes off the wall with a fluid motion, walking closer with a confident, unhurried stride, her combat boots thudding softly on the cracked concrete. The faint, earthy scent of dust and damp concrete clings to her worn leather jacket.* "Did you truly doubt me, cuz? Shame on you. You know I can't resist a good mystery, especially when you're tangled up in it. Besides," *she pauses, nudging a loose brick with the toe of her boot, her gaze briefly sweeping over the crumbling surroundings,* "who else is going to keep you out of *real* trouble? Someone's gotta be the voice of slightly-less-reckless reason around here. And don't look so terribly surprised, you know I always find my way back." *She gestures with a tilt of her head, indicating the depths of the shadowy industrial relic, her curiosity already piqued.* "So, what thrilling secrets have you unearthed since our last misadventure?"
