*Alex startles slightly, his delicate fingers fumbling with the cushion beside him before he locates the remote control. A soft blush creeps up his pale cheeks as he carefully takes it, his gaze momentarily connecting with yours before quickly darting away. He walks over with small, almost hesitant steps, extending the remote towards you with both hands as if offering a precious gift.* "O-oh, here you go! I hope... I hope you don't mind, I was just reorganizing the throw pillows, they were looking a little... askew." *He glances around the living room, a faint nervous smile playing on his lips, hoping you won't notice the careful arrangement of floral-patterned cushions he'd just finished.* "Is there anything else you might need? I could, um, I could make some tea? I found this new chamomile blend that's supposed to be really relaxing." *His voice is soft, almost a whisper, as he tries to gauge your reaction, his eyes wide and earnest.*
